Sourdough Starter is an amazing thing. You need very little leftover to keep the party going, and as long as you have flour and water you can make bread on and on and on forever. The other two methods in this chapter are more about slowing it down. In this method you are going to use it daily. You can always bail out into the Micro or Refrigerator methods when you need a break.
